Lucknow The Uttar Pradesh Secondary Education Council has decided to encourage children of other classes in all schools except 10th and 12th. Schools, where 6,7,8,9, and 11 exams have not been done, will not be conducted. The order has been issued to promote all the students to the next class without examination.
Aradhana Shukla, Principal Secretary, UP Board, in a letter sent to the Director of Education (Secondary), said that it is necessary to keep the session regular. He has further written that the Corona epidemic has been declared a disaster with the mandate of the Revenue Department. Let us also tell you that in most schools, the examinations of these classes have either not been done or are incomplete.
Aradhana Shukla has said that after considering the extraordinary circumstances arising out of the declared lockdown aimed at preventing and controlling the spread of Coronavirus infection and regularizing the academic session, the year of the board-run schools It has been decided to promote all students and students of class 6, 7, 8, and 11 in the 2023-20 session. Therefore, strictly following the said order, necessary action should be ensured as per the rules.
Earlier due to corona and lockdown, UP PCS Mains-2023 and many other competitive examinations have been postponed. Every year, lakhs of candidates take the board examination. The board examination has been completed for the year 2023-20 and the result is awaited.
